• Noise Policy: The hot tub must not be used after 9:30pm, and the garden must remain quiet after 10pm. Noise monitors and security patrols ensure the neighbours are not disturbed. Disruptions may result in loss of the security deposit.
• Access: The property is accessed via two steps and is spread across three floors.
• Parking: Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability. Paid parking is available at West Hill Car Park and St Michael's Place, both within 5 minutes’ walk, costing £10 per 24 hours.
